  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or Eid), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Delivery & Shipping

4. Courier Partners & Delivery Issues

We work with reputable logistics partners, including Leopards Courier, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your skincare products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • In case of a delayed or lost shipment, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
