Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (refer to conditions mentioned below), you can fill in a complimentary Leopard return shipping label within 3 business days for any domestic orders on www.Saniderm.pk. There are three ways to access the return shipping label and begin the return process:

  1. Visit your account page and select “My Orders”
  2. OR Enter your order number and email address Here (provide link).
  3. OR View your shipping confirmation email and click “Track My Order” for return details

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Products purchased on Saniderm.pk will only qualify for a return, refund or exchange.
  • You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
  • Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
  • To qualify for a return container must be 90-95% filled. Containers filled or tampered with other creams are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping cost and other additional services are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
  • ‘change of mind’ is not a valid reason for a return
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept such a return.

There are three ways to access the return shipping label and begin the return process:

  • Sign in to your Saniderm.pk Account, select “My Orders”.
  • Enter your order number and email address Here (provide link).
  • Click on Return Items, select option of “Method Of Payment Refund” and press submit button for returning your order.
  • Wait for the confirmation email from our side. Our confirmation email will be contained with LEOPARD COURIER account number for returning orders to Saniderm.pk.
  • After receiving confirmation email, Head to your nearest LEOPARD COURIER Center and at the time of dropping it off at LEOPARD COURIER Center, please tell our LEOPARD COURIER account number to LEOPARD COURIER person and collect LEOPARD COURIER slip (CN) for tracking your parcel.

Refund

If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Saniderm.pk, please contact your personal bank.

Bank Deposit

The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA). IBAN number will be needed to refund the amount.

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
